What a credit buys
One credit marks one short spoken answer. Longer tasks cost more. Credits are taken when you submit for AI marking and refunded automatically if marking fails.

Seat rules
- Unassigned seats stay valid for 12 months. A seat's pass clock starts only when the learner activates it.
- You choose the test when you assign a seat, and you can reassign a seat that hasn't been activated.
- Pack prices apply to each purchase. An organisation that has bought 200 or more seats in the past 12 months keeps the 200–499 price on later orders.
- Pay by card, or by bank transfer and invoice for orders of US$1,000 or more.
- No referral fees: organisations save through volume pricing instead.
