Refund Policy
PractiseNow (practisenow.com) is owned and operated by Comingwave (comingwave.com.au), Sydney, NSW, Australia. Payments are sold and processed by Red Migration FZC (United Arab Emirates) through Stripe. We want you to be happy with what you buy. Here is exactly how refunds work.
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1.Our 7-day refund
If PractiseNow is not right for you, you can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you have used 10 or fewer of the AI credits that came with that purchase.
This applies to the Sprint Pass, Exam Pass and Complete Pass. You can see how many credits you have used under Account → Purchases, or ask us.
2.Top-up credits
Unused top-up credits (50 credits for US$5 or 150 credits for US$12) are refundable within 7 days of purchase. If you have used some of a top-up’s credits, the same rule applies: a full refund if you have used 10 or fewer of them.
3.How to ask for a refund
- Email support@practisenow.com from the email address on your PractiseNow account, or quote that email address in your message.
- Attach or paste your receipt (Account → Purchases → Receipt), or tell us which purchase you would like refunded (for example “Exam Pass bought on 3 October”).
- We reply within 2 business days.
- Once your refund is approved, it is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are paid by Red Migration FZC, which sold and processed your payment through Stripe, back to the card you paid with. When a pass or top-up is refunded, that purchase’s unused credits are removed from your account and a refunded pass ends. Your practice history stays in your account.
4.Credits for failed AI marking
You do not need to ask for these. If AI marking of your writing or speaking fails, the credits for that attempt are returned to your balance automatically. Listening and reading are marked by our code and never use credits.
5.No automatic renewal
Every payment is one-off. Passes do not renew automatically, so you will never be charged again unless you choose to buy another pass or top-up. Credits included in a pass expire with the pass, and top-up credits expire with your current pass (or 12 months after purchase if you have no active pass). Expired credits are not refundable unless the Australian Consumer Law requires it.
6.Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
These rights apply in addition to our 7-day refund, and even after 7 days have passed.
